7.6. Estonian Winner Show. Tallinn, judge Andreja Novak

Me, Tara and Dante started our journey to Tallinn, Estonia on Friday 4th of June (that also happens to be my birthday :D) with our friends. I had a single room booked from Meriton Old Town Hotel that seemed to be very popular among other exhibitors. I can fully recommend the place if you ever travel to Tallinn for a dog show or otherwise. Me and my dogs fully enjoyed our stay there.

Saturday it was a lovely sunny day and that way perfect for a long relaxing walk with the dogs and to get the dogs used to the place. This was our first trip abroad to a show together, so I wanted to get them as comfortable about their new surroundings as possible.

On Sunday it was show time and our Dante competed in Open Class with a wonderful result of EXC/3 and Tara became Best Junior of Breed and received title Estonian Junior Winner (EST JW´10) and she was Best Bitch-4!!!! She later competed in the BIS Junior competition (judge Ann Ingram, Ireland) with all other breeds and was selected among the 10 best Juniors!!!! We couldn't be prouder of our little ones!!!

Eppu's daughter and our Tara's step-sister Ayla (EST & LV JCH, EST, LV, BALT CH Satangin Always On My Mind) was BOB and received title EST W´10 and brother Seti (EST JW´09 & EST W´09 Satangin After The Sunset) was Best Male-2 and received res-CACIB!!!! Huge congratulations to Tatjana, Merike, Niina, Jouni and Tanja!!! :)

It was so wonderful to see everyone there and of course it was nice that 3 Eppu's kids from two different litters did so well in this show. Many thanks to everyone we met for making this such an event for us!!!

Pictures will be added later.

2.6.2010 Tara's official DLA-testing results arrived today

Her name was written a bit incorrectly to the result (well it is not the easiest name :D) and I also seemed to have something wrong with my eyes and announce earlier that Tara is Whip3 and Whip13, but she is actually Whip3 and Whip15. It must be my old age and poor eyesight ehehehhe..

1.6.2010 A late congratulations: Seti BM-4 at Mynämäki Show

Sometimes I seem to miss the important news, as I am a bit lazy to go through all the show results (naughty me..) and for this reason these congratulations appear a bit late on our blog.

Huge congratulations to Eppu's son Seti (EJW-09 Satangin After The Sunset) and his family. Seti was at the Mynämäki Dog Show judged by breeder judge Margaret Martin from Ireland (Barnesmore kennel). Seti got Excellent and was placed Second in Open Class. In the Best Male ring he was placed 4th with res-CC. Well done Seti!!!!!
